THis is a picture of my sister liz and I on Saturday preparing the fish for our meals…which by the way, we had fish ALL weekend. It wasn’t bad, but it’s definitely not my favorite. I think what made it so annoying was having to spit out a bone every bite. But anyways, we de-scaled them as you see us doing in this picture, cut them in three pieces…thank the Lord they did not give me the head with the eye and all…but I did get to eat fish eggs..mmmm…that was interesting. But we fried them in tomatoes, garlic and onions and it wasn’t too bad. It was interesting to learn it all, but unfortunately it’s still not my favorite.:)
